Chapter 15

Before they knew it summer was over, and School was started. Jades
parents were letting her live with Mary so she could see Matt on the
weekends, as long as she came to visit once a month. It was 9th Period and
all the girls were in study hall together.
"So i asked my mom if i could invite the guys to my house saturday for a
barbecue and they sed it was fine with them and that after dinner they were
going to my Aunt Mary Ann's house till tuesday and it was fine with them if they
spent the night." Mary said cheerfully.
" Thats great! but what about ur brother? Ed isnt exactly going to make it
easy for us to have fun with our boyfriends." Jade said as she checked her
make up in her mirror.
"good point" mary said.
" i think i can take care of this.... how bout a last minute golf game.... a
broken down car....and a dead cell phone...? that should do it!" Ashleigh
said smiling evily.
"geeze Ash, you really do hate him dont you" Felicia laughed.
"hey if hes gonna try nd make my life a living hell by being born. i can do
the same to him" Ashleigh said sarcastically.
"i like that idea ash! im gonna have to try that one alot! haha" Mary joked.
"umm Ash your purse is moving..."Amanda said.
"oops thanks thats my cell." Ashleigh said answering the phone. The teacher
was asleep so she wouldnt get in trouble for using it in class.
"hello?"
"hey babe, hows ur day?"
"better now that im talkin ta u"
"well obviously its chris" Amanda said, ducking so ashleigh wouldnt hit her.
"u there ash?"
"yea sry, oh yea mary told me to tell you that you and the guys are invited
to her house on saturday for a barbecue and you can spend the night there
becuase her patrents are leaving after dinner."
"ok ill let them know."
"well i have to go cuz the bell is gonna ring in a couple minutes, ill call
you when i get home ok?"
"ok , i love you"
"i love you too"

"he said he will tell the guys about saturday."
"ok good" mary said.
Riiing riiiing. The bell rang and the day was over the girls went to their
lockers and went outside to wait for Felicias cousin to pick them up. As
they walked to the far end of the parking lot they heard someone clear their
throat and they looked over.
"CHRIS!!!!!!!" Ashleigh said running over to him and giving him a hug.
"hi" he said hugging her and giving her a kiss.
"what are you doing here?"
"suprising you! duh! haha"
"haha it worked. hey guys im gonna hang out with chris i dont need a ride
today." Ashleigh said goodbye to her friends and her and chris got in the car.
"where you wanna go?"Chris asked.
"anywhere with food! im starving!" Ashleigh said
"haha ok, McDonalds it is."
"SCORE!"
They went to McDonalds and ate, then Chris took Ashleigh home and went home himself. Ashleigh figured since Chris suprised her today that tomorrow she would go to his house after her rehersal.

*~*The Next Day*~*

"come on Amanda we r gonna be late if we dont leave like NOW!" Ashleigh
screamed from downstairs. She had on navy blue sweatpants with a white tank
top on.
"ok ok im comin" amanda said walking down the stairs. She had on Navy Blue
Sweat pants with a White tank top on. They just laughed when they saw each
other. They always dressed the same and didnt plan to.
They got in the car and drove to rehersal. After two hours of work Claudia
decided to let them go home.
"Brian said he wants you guys in the studio at 1:00 on sunday to start
recording your cd." Claudia said.
"ok well be there."Ashleigh said walking out of the studio.
They got in the car and drove off.
"Im gonna drop you off at gregs ill be back in two hours to pick you up, i
wnan go see chris"
"ok i dont care"
They turned down Gregs street and slowed down. They saw someone coming out of his house.
"Ash, whos that?"
" i dunno prolly one of his sisters friends" Then they saw greg follow her
and walk to her car and she kissed him.
"OMG THAT ASSHOLE!"
"Amanda calm down"
"NO" Amanda got out of the car and slapped greg.
"ITS OVER! I HATE YOU! I HOPE YOUR HAPPY!"
"Wait amanda i can explain!" btu it was to late she was already in the car
and they drove away.
"Great. just great" greg said and walked inside and went to his room and
started to cry.
"im sorry amanda" Ashleigh said trying to comfort her friend.
"i dont wanna talk about it, just go see chris and make it fast so we can go
home."Amanda said looking out the window crying.
"ok i will"
They pulled up to Chris's apartment building and Ashleigh went inside. When
she got there he was suprised to see her.
"hey what are you doing here?"
" we had rehersal and then i wanted to see you so i took amanda to gregs but
some girl was there and well long story short....they broke up and shes
waitin 4 me in the car."
"wow thats not like greg." they sat and talked for a few minutes before
Ashleigh left.
" ill see you tomorrow at marys right?" Ashleigh asked.
"Yupp" Theykissed and Ashleigh left and took Amanda home.
