-Lots of people have been asking what's going on with Dream Street's CD, Chris' tour, and The Biggest Fan, so we cleared up some information with Kevin Clark (one of the songwriters). First off, the soundtrack for The Biggest Fan should be released in the next few weeks or as soon as possible, and the movie will hit theaters across the US by the end of the summer. The 4th issue of Dream Street the Magazine will come out in late summer, as well as the new CD, titled "The Biggest Fan". It will include all of Dream Street, not only Chris. Chris will be doing a promotional tour for the movie. Dates have not yet been released, but will be shortly. The episode of All That featuring Chris and Play as the musical guest was recently filmed and will air sometime in September. Also, a book written by Matt Mitchell about the lawsuit will be coming out this fall. It reveals some very interesting and disturbing facts about the lawsuit and the guys of Dream Street. A release date or title is unavailable at the time, but if we hear anymore information about it, we'll let you know. Hopefully we cleared up any concerns you may have had!
Thanks to DreamStreetUnderCover.com 4 that news.
With the help of Berny and Kevin, we came across an official website for the movie "The Biggest Fan." Right now, it's still under some construction, but it's great to check out! Be sure to check out the website at

Some of you who frequent the Jesse forums may remember me bringing up asking if that was indeed Jesse singing the Jingle for Charmin Ultra. It is! In addition, Greg also took part; however the clips you heard didn't include him. The commercial currently airs on Radio Disney. "If you're a kid, or a bear, then Charmin Ultra has softness to spare!"
In related commercial news, Jesse recently tried out for a Pizza Hut commercial. Hopefully he'll get the gig and we'll see him on TV eating pizza.
Update: We now have the full jingle available. You can hear both Greg and Jesse's part by
clicking here. We've edited the sound clip to increase sound quality.
Remember the "I Say Yeah" video contest from the DS Magazine? Well...a winner has been chosen! Congrats to Nicole, Kira, Alyssa, Christia and Kristen for winning! Claudia Swan has posted up a picture of the girls and also a brief mention of what their video looked like! Be sure to check it out at her

I'm sure all of u have heard about DS going to court and all the rumors about them breaking up and Jesse leaving the goup. Here's what Mrs. Raposo had to say:
DREAM STREET ANNOUNCEMENT
------------------------------------------------
We know that a lot of rumors and stories are being circulated about the group and it's future so we wanted to respond to let you know what's going on and to set the record straight. On Tuesday, April 9th we filed legal proceedings against Dream Street Entertainment, Inc., the company that's run by Louie Baldonieri and Brian Lukow with the help of Matt Mitchell. In the legal papers, we asked the court to terminate the agreement between the group and Dream Street Entertainment because of conduct of Louie, Brian and Matt that we truly believe is threatening the boys' well-being. While the details are set forth in the court papers, because of the legal proceedings we think that it's best not to comment any further and to let the court decide how to handle things. There is hearing before the court on Monday, April 15th and we will let you know what happens. Be assured that Dream Street is not breaking up. In fact, the group has never felt more strongly about it's future and about staying together.
I know you all have many many questions regarding this. Please try your hardest not to e-mail me with questions. I promise to keep you all up to date will all official information as I receive it. Greg, Frankie, Matt, Jesse & Chris appreciate all your support.
One more request. If you feel the need to e-mail me please write in the subject "I am On Your Update List ."
Keep Us In Your Prays,
Maryann Raposo
According to various sources, including Bob, Jesse's publicist, nothing in the lawsuit has yet been resolved. As of the hearing on the 15th Dream Street Entertainment requested an extension to respond to the charges of the lawsuit. The court date has been moved to April 24th, allowing more time for preparation.

TODAY IS JESSE'S 15th BIRTHDAY!

Ticketmaster.com has released the first date for the Dream Street summer tour with the A*Teens. Unfortunately, it appears that the A*Teens will be headlining the tour, and Dream Street as one of the support acts. I wonder where this will lead the 'Sugar Rush' issue. Anyway, the date is for July 14th at Paramount's Kings Dominion in Doswell, VA, which we previously reported. The sale date for this is April 27th at 10:00 and tickets cost from $29.99 to $39.99, and does not include park admission. Park admission is required and not included with the ticket.
Soaps In Depth on ABC mentioned that Jesse was going to be filming a television serious on Nickelodeon Networks. The following is from his publicist and official website regarding the show:
Several months ago Jesse filmed a pilot for a series on Nickelodeon called "Legacy of Cameron Cruz." Jesse plays the lead character Cameron Cruz. When Jesse was in Toronto filming the pilot episode he missed some DS appearances and concerts and the rumors were going around that he was sick or something. He was not sick. He was working on this project. Two weeks ago we set up an interview with Soaps In Depth for Jesse and told them about the pilot so Jesse could talk about it. The Soaps In Depth article just came out before we thought it would. We had not mentioned anything on the site before then because we were waiting to hear if the pilot had been picked up for a full season on Nickelodeon. We still don't know for sure. All I can tell you is the show is great! It has done well with test audiences and we expect Nickelodeon to order a full season of episodes. We will tell you here when we get the news. Of course we knew about it when it happened several months ago! To answer the question before it is asked....What is it about? A "Sixth Sense" for television. Cameron Cruz's life is set into a tailspin when he must move from his native Los Angeles to Savannah, Georgia in search of his Grandfather who has mysteriously disappeared. Cameron's big city attitude often clashes with the small town locals, but these everyday difficulties are nothing compared to the unexpected "gift" that his Grandfather has left for him - the ability to see into the past and future.
